i think that hair appearance regulation in Middle or h igh school should be abolished.
there are 3 reasons.
one reason is that changing hair shape is the studen's free
for example, nobody can say you have to cut your hair.
cutting or perming on their hair is the student's free.
another reason is that hair appearance is student's individuality.
for instance, students can show their individuality by red hair, permed hair or short cut hair.
a third reason is that some students have to grow their hair or perm for their job and major.
for example, one student whose job is actor should change his hair every day as their situation
and another student who majors in music should grow their hair long
